The Borzesti thermal power plant is based in Onesti, in the Moldova region of Romania. The auction will take place on Aug. 20. This plant is the second thermal power plant, to be put up for sale. At the end of July the Doicesti thermal power plant was sold for EUR 13.8 mln.
